Refund and Returns Policy

Food is a perishable good and hence we cannot accept returns. However, they will be accepted under two conditions mentioned below.

  1. Your item must be damaged while receiving.
  2. The item has expired on or before date of receipt.

If 2 days have passed since you have received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return:

  1. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and also a video or photos clearly showing the reason for return.
  2. Send the picture of the receipt or proof of purchase to thegudfoodco@gmail.com.
  3. Once we have received the above, we will contact you and further instruct you on how to return the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item, send us an email at thegudfoodco@gmail.com.
