Ingredients:
- 250g VUGVUGI Fusilli Pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions:
- Cook the fusilli pasta until al dente.
